The department of Design, Engineering and Technology offers students a wide range of opportunities to develop skills and knowledge across a range of disciplines, to find out more use the links to the left.
The staff provide a good balance of experience and enthusiasm with skills and expertise to deliver the full range of courses available.
There are courses available to meet the needs of all ability and will benefit pupils looking to follow careers ranging from Architecture, Engineering and Design at University level, to those looking to develop skills in the more vocational fields such as the Trades and Engineering disciplines.
As part of the course work required for the Graphic Communication courses pupils have to produce a variety of drawings, both hand produced and computer generated, of an existing product, or part of a product.
