MOVIE MAKER
Introduction
Ever wanted to learn how to create your own film?
Now you have the chance. Working as part of a team you will create a movie on a topical subject using specialist software and state of the art camcorders. You will then learn how to use the Microsoft suite of packages including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access as you manage a campaign to market your movie.
This course provides a unique opportunity to learn some of the key skills involved in movie making in addition to learning how to use all the Microsoft software. In addition it is a chance to work as part of a small, dedicated team on a one off project.
Course Aims:
Provide students with the skills and confidence in:
· Working in a team
· Creating storyboards and movies
· Learning how to use a wide variety of software to best market their film or the arts.

· Spreadsheets
· Presentation
· Databases
· The Internet & Web Design
· Movie Maker
· Word Processing
· Graphics
